Each one hour one-to-one Chi Flow session allows us to focus on your priorities and vary the format and content of the session according to your physical capabilities, personal circumstances and interests.
There are a wide range of Chi activities, tools and exercises that we can teach you to help you to independently clear, recharge and calm your energies. These private sessions will support you as you develop the tools needed to build a stronger and more resilient mind and body. These one-to-one sessions can help you to progress at a faster pace, as well as providing further inspiration and support for your personal goals.
Book in with either Incheol or Françoise Ha for a session either in-person at The Chi Zone or online via Zoom. After your session, relevant Chi videos will be made available for one month in your personal online learning account ‘My Chi Zone’ so you can practise at home.
