Tai Chi Saturday

Join Incheol and Françoise Ha, Chi Master Practitioners, in the woods at Forest Edge near Wareham for a clearing and rejuvenating morning of Chi:

• Outdoors Korean Tai Chi session
• Followed by seated head and shoulders Chi Acupressure tasters
• Then a cosy cup of tea and group Chi discussion

If the weather means we need to postpone, we will email you by 9am on the day.

1. Advance booking is essential as there are limited numbers.
2. Booking is non-refundable, however should you be unable to attend and email hello@thechizone.com at the latest 48 hours prior to the event date, then at our discretion we may transfer your booking to another Tai Chi class taking place in the next 30 days (subject to availability).
3. Exact location of Forest Edge near Wareham will be provided once your booking is confirmed due to it being a private location.
4. Full body Chi Acupressure Treatments can be booked in advance with Incheol or Françoise to take place after the group session. First treatment costs £55 with follow-up treatments £50.
