Join Incheol and Françoise Ha, Chi Master Practitioners, in the woods at Forest Edge near Wareham for a clearing and rejuvenating morning of Chi:
- Outdoors Korean Tai Chi session
- Followed by seated head and shoulders Chi Acupressure tasters
- Experience a soothing Korean chant to calm the soul
- Then a cosy cup of tea and group Chi discussion

If the weather means we need to postpone, we will email you by 9am on the day.

- Advance booking is essential as there are limited numbers.
- Booking is non-refundable, however should you be unable to attend and email hello@thechizone.com at the latest 48 hours prior to the event date, then at our discretion we may transfer your booking to another Tai Chi class taking place in the next 30 days (subject to availability).
- Exact location of Forest Edge near Wareham will be provided once your booking is confirmed due to it being a private location.

I recently attended Tai Chi Saturday with Incheol and Françoise.
I have already integrated some of the practices we were taught into my daily routine. As a result, my sleep has already become more restful.
The acupressure energy treatment was amazing. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with The Chi Zone.
