Description
Current course availability is 1pm Fridays.
These Chi development sessions are a complement to our regular Tai Chi classes although you can join this course with no prior Tai Chi experience.
Françoise Ha, Chi Master Practitioner and experienced teacher, leads these sessions at Redlands Sports Centre in Weymouth.
Structure of Course
a) Breathing and Calming Exercises – Prepare mind and body to enter a world of peace and balance.
b) Chanting – Introduction to Korean chanting with a specific Chunmoon to support the theme of the month. All chants support you to cultivate a brighter, clearer mind and thinking.
c) Meditation – Practise mindful focus and mental clearing.
d) Q & A – Time to learn more about Chi. Ask your questions in a friendly group.
Important Notes:
- This course is led by Françoise Ha, Korean-trained Chi Teacher, but Incheol Ha may substitute to ensure the sessions go ahead as scheduled.
- Booking is non-refundable. However should you be unable to attend and email hello@thechizone.com at the latest 72 hours prior to the course start date, then at our discretion we may transfer your booking to a future Chi Development Course taking place in the next three months (subject to availability).

Linda –
Being around like-minded people and sharing the space and feeling so safe to come with whatever version of yourself you are experiencing that week… and it will be ok.
Clare –
My reactions to others has changed and so others’ reactions to me has changed.
Sarah –
It has been a surprising journey.
It’s given me the ability to cope.
It does give you a bit of clarity, getting a fair few things sorted out.
