Description
This group focuses on developing and strengthening your mental connections to Chi.
These Chi development sessions are a complement to our regular Tai Chi classes although you can join this course with no prior Tai Chi experience.
Françoise Ha, Chi Master Practitioner and experienced teacher, leads these sessions at Redlands Sports Centre in Weymouth.
Structure of Course
a) Breathing and Calming Exercises – Prepare mind and body to enter a world of peace and balance.
b) Chanting – Introduction to Korean chanting with the One Chunmoon, for peace and balance in the world. This is a gentle and supportive introduction in using your voice to rebalance Chi.
c) Meditation – Practise mindful focus and mental clearing.
d) Q & A – Time to learn more about Chi. Ask your questions in a friendly group.
Important Note
This course is led by Françoise Ha, Korean-trained Chi Teacher, but Incheol Ha may substitute to ensure the sessions go ahead as scheduled.
