Korean Tai Chi

Learn Chi clearing techniques and stabilise your energy core. Develop deeper brain-body connections for more effective muscular co-ordination.

Expect slow, mindful movements to ease away tension, build strength, and improve your stability and coordination. You’ll also be introduced to ‘Dohapsul: The Way of Harmony’ – a flowing sequence of movements that helps Chi (energy) move more freely through the body, guided by breath and intention.

These classes are mainly standing classes but you can sit whenever you need to.

Modified movements seated on a chair can be performed for the on the floor moves. This allows the class to be accessible for all ages.
