Join Incheol and Françoise Ha, Chi Master Practitioners, in the gardens of the Springhead pub in Sutton Poyntz for a clearing and recharging Tai Chi session. This is a similar session to our Tai Chi by the Sea on Saturdays but in a more rural location. This is a new class starting Thursday 7th May.

• 30 minutes outdoors Korean Tai Chi session either in the open air with wonderful views of the hills or should the weather be wet/windy we will go indoors to the spacious marquee
• Followed by mini seated head and shoulders Chi Acupressure therapy session
