Spiral Stabilization Method

Spiral Stabilization exercises and manual therapy are used for treatment of back pain including non-surgical treatment of disc herniation, treatment of failed back surgery syndrome and to help stabilise the gait after hip joint surgery. It is also used by athletes to enhance performance and mobilise muscle synergies. 

Muscle chain training (Spiral Stabilization exercises) allows for the treatment and prevention of:

  • Complications after spinal surgery

Weekly Group Classes

Our classes teach you exercises, breathing techniques and Chi methods to better control stresses, negative energies and clear blocks so you can live a happier and calmer life.

Regular practice can help you improve your mobility, balance and strength in just a few sessions. Plus recharge your energy levels, create greater personal awareness of both negative and positive influences around you as well as build stronger personal resilience.

Our in-person classes at The Chi Zone are small group sessions with up to six participants plus tutor. Seated movement sessions and chanting sessions may accommodate more participants.

We also stream our classes so you can join us via Zoom.

Françoise Ha is a qualified and experienced piano teacher and teaches piano to adults and children at The Chi Zone on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Françoise has LTCL Teaching Diploma and is a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM).
