The Chi Zone retains copies of data submitted in all online forms on our websites for administration and operational activities. This includes data submitted via contact forms and other forms for the independent Practitioners.

All course materials are copyrighted to The Chi Zone and as such no unauthorised copying or distribution is allowed.

Any personal details provided to the The Chi Zone will be kept confidentially and securely. By providing your details you automatically authorise the The Chi Zone, its employees and those acting on its behalf to contact you regarding your appointments and personal development.

We will not share your details with third parties unless required to do so by UK law, or when you give us explicit authorisation to do so.
