We work at various locations in South Dorset including Weymouth, Dorchester, Cattistock and Wareham.

We offer home visits for therapy and prviate Tai Chi sessions for an additional fee of £15+ dependent on location.

Appointments are available for therapy sessions between the following times:

Monday to Thursday 8.15am - 7pm

Friday 8.15am - 5pm

Saturday: on request

We offer Tai Chi classes 6 days a week.
