Master Ha, second-generation Chi Master will be the main tutor for this 4 week course: 6.30pm-7.30pm on Monday evenings starting 5th September 2022 at The Chi Zone. Françoise Ha may attend as a supporting Chi Master. You can also choose to join via Zoom.


With the experienced guidance and support of Master Ha, you can learn how to better manage your busy thoughts and more positively control your mental energies.

These weekly one hour sessions will teach you various techniques to help prepare you for a calming and clearing meditation. These may include:

  1. Deep breathing techniques to open your energy centres and circulate Chi more fluidly through your body and calm your mind.
  2. Slow Chi movements to de-stress and relax your body to better prepare you for focusing on your meditation.
  3. Music to help calm and regulate your mental energies more deeply.

Training yourself to meditate effectively can help stabilise the energy in your life and give you greater clarity for your life. Meditation can also inspire us in many ways to better manage stress and clear through the muddied mental energies that can affect us in this constantly changing and demanding world.

The meditation itself may be guided by Master Ha or supported by pianoscapes. Our ability to enjoy and benefit from silent meditation will be also be developed.

This is a course for both beginners and those who wish to develop their meditative practice further.
