Chi Squares Classes are dynamic physically and mentally. Learn non-contact martial arts movements to help you clear stress, negative and blocked energy in mind and body. Join us either in-person or via Zoom. Small groups of up to 6 in-person participants.
Take time to look after yourself
Setting aside one hour each week to focus on yourself and your wellbeing and health can prove very beneficial. Sometimes we need a calm space and time where we can release pent up stress and emotions, recharge energy and refocus our priorities and further develop our personal vision for our life.
Format of a class
We start the session with chanting for 5 mins to reconnect to bright energy. Then we use slow Chi Steps to start clearing and recharging our energy levels. Next we move into the main part of the session with more dynamic Chi Squares, martial arts based Chi movements, to clear negative energy around and within us. Finally we finish with a calming and clearing short meditation.
