For parents/carers and young people to build their mental and physical strength and resilience together week by week.

45 mins sessions for greater calmness, balance and self-control over 5 weeks. Maximum of 6 participants at The Chi Zone.

This is a session for parent/carer and child to grow and learn together. We suggest a minimum age of 9 years. Please book and pay for a space for both young person and adult. These sessions can be a very positive way to improve health and rebalance energies together as well as forge closer bonds. The adult relaxes, de-stresses and recharges at the same time and place with their young person.

We learn how to clear, rebalance and control their physical and mental energies using Chi movements and sound. Natural techniques are taught to de-stress and recharge.

Students learn Chi movements, sequences of Chi Squares ® (non-contact martial arts movements), breathing exercises and meditation. Live pianoscapes (music) wil be used to help relax, clear and rebalance mind and body. Students are guided to use their voice and sound to encourage relaxation and inner growth.
