Learn a sequence of slow-flowing Chi movements to clear, calm and recharge mind and body. Can help improve flexibility especially in the upper body and core.
Movements and breathing exercises are tailored to those with limited mobility including those in wheelchairs. Attendees can participate either seated, standing or a combination of both.
