Join us for a calming, grounding and revitalising Chi Flow session either in-person at The Chi Zone, Poundbury or via Zoom. Maximum of 6 participants in-person.
Learn a sequence of slow-flowing Chi movements to clear and recharge mind and body. Ready for the week ahead!
Suitable for all ages and beneficial to all. Can help improve flexibility, strength and stability.

Incheol Ha leads all Chi Flow sessions except for Thursdays 9.45am which is led by Françoise Ha, both Korean-trained Chi Masters. They also substitute for each other when needed to ensure the class goes ahead as scheduled.
