Session 1b: Connecting to Bright Chi

Learn how to connect to bright Chi to clear and brighten mind and body.

Chi Session 1

These are the first Chi movements we learn to help us rebalance and recharge our personal energy levels.


Points to Note:

Point 1 – Remember to keep your hands a small distance away from your body so you do not touch your clothes and interrupt the flow of Chi.

Point 2 – Put your focus on the palms of your hands as you aim to move Chi wherever they go.
