Incheol and I have found that 45mins for our indoor Chi Flow Classes is too short. We have decided to extend the classes to one hour so we can do more!
Going forward the cost for 5 sessions will be £55 (save £5) or £12 per one hour session. You can also mix and match between Chi Flow and Shinsundochi Martial Arts sessions.
